Bayview Partners is a NYC investment firm with a wide range of US properties in its portfolio. Milestone Capital Ventures was also involved in the sale on the buyer’s side of the transaction, but details were not disclosed. The property has secured debt financing from Jonathan Singer of Strategic Funding. Structure Capital based in Fort Lauderdale was the seller represented by Cyril Bijaoui of The Company Real Estate located in Miami, FL.
