Investment Real Estate LLC (IRE) and Moove In Self Storage (MISS), subsidiaries of The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), specializing in the brokerage, construction and management of self-storage, have hired several new members of the team.
Lisa Morgan has been hired as a brokerage administrative assistant for IRE. She will assist with the client relationship management database, manage trade show registration and maintain the real estate licensing status of the brokerage teams. She will also work with appraisers and other brokerage firms on producing comparable properties as well as managing self-storage listings and registering buyers through the IRE website.
Morgan has nine years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant. “Lisa comes to us with a myriad of life and professional experiences as well as a desire to learn and contribute to a common goal as part of a team,” said Brian Davison, vice president of brokerage. “I anticipate that she will have a positive impact on the brokerage team and the business in general. I’m glad to see her grow.
Alison Smith has been hired as an office administrative assistant for the IRE. She will answer and direct phone calls, distribute mail and assist the CFO in his daily duties. She previously worked as the Counseling Department Secretary for the Dallastown Area School District in York County, Pennsylvania. She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from York College.

IRE has also hired Tara Taylor as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Assistant. She will be responsible for processing invoices for MISS sites as well as managing petty cash submissions, resolving vendor inquiries and processing payments.
Taylor previously worked at Good Faith Accounting for two years as a cake decorator. Tara holds an associate’s degree in business management from Harrisburg Area Community College.
“Tara’s drive and desire to develop her accounting skills will make her a great addition to the accounting department,” said Jessica Lacklin, Controller. “His dedication to continuous learning will greatly benefit him in this new role.”
Molly Welby has been hired as marketing coordinator for IRE. Her responsibilities include creating social media posts, managing email marketing campaigns, maintaining the IRE website, writing press releases and updating marketing materials. She graduated in December 2021 from the University of Maryland, with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

Her background in marketing, specifically her copywriting expertise, will help IRE successfully tell our brand story,” said Kate Scheib, Director of Digital Marketing. “Molly brings a fresh perspective that will increase brand value with future customers, while inspiring and nurturing current relationships.”
Finally, MISS hired Heather Kazee as head of acquisitions. She will help manage the company’s purchasing processes, focusing on onboarding tasks, creating vendor accounts and capturing detailed records of customer interactions.
Kazee previously worked as a project manager for a construction company. She holds a BA in Communication and English from Lynchburg College.
“Heather’s experience in construction and project management will greatly benefit the operations team,” said Brian Foran, vice president of operations. “Her outgoing personality and ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances will serve her well in this role.
