What brought you to your current profession? I had a background in the hospitality industry in South Florida and Boston, and after more than 10 years it was time for a change of pace. I have worked as an event manager for social and corporate events and as I have always thrived in a “human person” position, moving into commercial real estate felt natural to me and offered the * * change ** that I was looking for.
What are some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor? To get started in something new, especially in commercial real estate, having a mentor is a must. Every commercial property is different and should be managed that way. The advice of a “senior agent” is needed to make sure your clients are in good hands and that the transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. The special thing about this industry is that with only two years of experience I can still be a mentor for newly licensed and enthusiastic agents. There is always something new to learn, whether it’s your long career or the start of a new business. I will continue to be guided and provide guidance along the way.
