NAI Sullivan Group reports these real estate transactions

  • Bark at the Moon paid $1.3 million for 20 acres at 300 NE 70 to IPX as a qualified intermediary for Series G, as a separate series from Glacier Properties, LLC. Bob Sullivan of NAI Sullivan Group managed the transaction.
  • AHA Trade Inc. paid $900,000 for a 2,800 square foot, 0.63 acre retail building at 115 Westminster Road, Midwest City, to Shri Balaji LLC, to use as a convenience store. Samuel Dunham of NAI Sullivan Group managed the transaction.
  • Austin and David Julian have leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 5925 NW 37 from 1st Auto Care LLC, to be used as The Works Paint and Collision shop. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen, with NAI Sullivan Group, managed the transaction.
  • White’s Welding LLC has leased 35,040 square feet of industrial space at 4700 N Bryant Ave. of RW Timms TX Investments LLC, for a trailer manufacturing business, including fabrication, painting and mechanical work. Shams and McQueen represented the tenant.
  • Sit and Sleep LLC has leased 18,672 square feet of industrial space at 3920 NW 39, Suite B, from Mazroei Capital LLC, for use as warehouse/equipment storage space, showroom/indoor storage space, and sales retail of mattresses and furniture. Shams and McQueen handled the transaction.

  • Benhnam Golesorkhi paid Baker Center Inc. $2,200,000 for 18.95 acres on Reno Avenue and Czech Hall Road. Cordell Brown handled the transaction.
  • Arensdorf Investments LLC paid BancFirst Corp. $1,455,000 for 9.45 acres on Miramar Boulevard and Interstate 44 N Service Road. Chris Roberts handled the transaction.
  • SJS Properties LLC has paid Frazer Bank $1,380,000 for a 25,536 square foot, 1.52 acre special purpose property at 1137 E Hefner Road. Roberts, Paul Ravencraft and George Williams handled the transaction.
  • REBRYANT LLC paid BOKF NA $1,225,001 for a 46,791 square foot medical building at 1100 E Ninth St., Edmond. Everest Ernst handled the transaction.
  • CNV #2 Investors LLC paid Arcadia Land Management LLC $955,061 for 5.58 acres at 1146 NE 63. Ernst handled the transaction.
  • Livingston Real Estate LLC paid Gary E. and Charlotte Schneider Living Trust $662,500 for a 20,019 square foot office/retail/mixed-use building at 711 SW 4. Aaron Diehl managed the transaction.
  • Elms Apartments LLC paid Kevin Smith Consulting LLC $510,000 for 0.37 acres at 215 NE 13. Cordell Brown handled the transaction.
  • Arcadia Capital LLC leased 10,380 square feet of office space in Harvey Parkway at 301 NW 63. Craig Tucker, Tre Dupuy and Ian Self managed the transaction.
  • Four Star Fitness has leased 8,869 square feet of space at Guthrie Plaza at 1515-1523 S Division St., Guthrie. Rosha Wood handled the transaction.
  • Yoely Kahana has leased 7,086 square feet of office space in the Lakeside Appraisal Building at 3300 S Lakeside Drive. Aaron Diehl, Self and Tre Dupuy handled the transaction.
  • Koala Insulation LLC has leased 6,200 square feet of industrial space at 1919 S Santa Fe Ave. Chris Roberts handled the transaction.
