Phil then discusses his personal experience of appraising his home on Open Door and some of the takeaways he got from it. Most notably, the price of his house has not been affected despite the fact that he owns and owns solar panels. It made him frown.

Later, Phil and Taylor discuss Compass and whisper that the company might be bought out in the not-too-distant future. Compass has become the biggest company of its kind to climb to the top of the property market, but the dynamic duo discuss an article that highlights four key market and company trends to be aware of over the next few months. month.
