Owning KHTS radio since 1990, we have worked with thousands of local businesses. All but a small handful have been stellar. It saddens us to report on these two local businesses who, despite dozens of requests over the years to do the “right thing”, have chosen not to contact us to resolve the issue.
They are an online vitamin store, B’Soleil on Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country.
Pablo Santibanez, owner of 4 U rapid assessments also known as FastAppraisals4U. Pablo was affiliated with Realty Executives in their office on The Old Road in Valencia.
The owners of B’Soleil signed a 6 month contract for KHTS to do the marketing for them. A month into our deal, Daniel K. claimed they couldn’t afford to continue with their signed deal. We have helped dozens of businesses that are struggling financially over the years and have negotiated very generous payment plans, especially during the Covid-19 crisis. Instead of honoring their deal and ending their deal with KHTS, B’Soleil lied to us and simply transferred their marketing dollars to Spectrum.
Pablo Santibanez of FastAppraisals4U worked out a payment plan with KHTS many years ago. We granted an extension to Pablo during the Covid-19 outbreak. Despite a real estate boom in Santa Clarita, Pablo Santibanez refused to respond to any communication with us.
KHTS contacted both companies again and gave them an opportunity to respond to this article before publishing it. We were willing to work out an affordable payment plan. Both chose not to respond.
